Good afternoon to those that read this. I am honestly hurt that I couldn’t get my root canal today. I left early to make my appointment because I was happy I finally get to get it done. Why was it heavy traffic; I left home at 11:15an the ride was to be about 20 minutes max. The traffic was so heavy we barely moved for about 5 minutes. I called when I realized I wasn’t going to make 12 on time ; they do give a 15 minute grace period; I was 2 minutes after that 15 ; right there. They call me back and say hi he can’t see you and find another provider. I started to cry because that was a punch in the stomach. I literally left so early ; I didn’t have control of that traffic at all. I really like the work Dr G does so I went back to him after some years. But it’s ok I now know as a black patient I do not matter. I would have even paid the 50 fee. But I will find another provider and I hope they are just as good as Dr G.

Thank you so much Dr Gonzales.I had a wonderful experience with this orthodontist.He is extremely professional and skilled. He carefully addressed my tooth problem and provided excellent care. I’m very satisfied with the results and highly recommend him. They took the time to listen to my concerns and clearly explain the problem with my tooth. The treatment was done with great care, patience, and professionalism, and I felt comfortable the entire time. Thanks to their skill and attention, my tooth problem was fixed perfectly. I truly appreciate their kindness and expertise and highly recommend this dentist to anyone looking for excellent dental care.

I had a great experience at this office and with Dr. Gonzalez and his staff! Extremely clean, professional and felt no pain during my root canal. Dr. Gonzalez definitely saved my tooth. He explained each step throughout the procedure and checked in often to make sure I was still doing okay. Office staff was very polite, took care of insurance, and easy to work with. The staff were very respectful of my service dog as well. Highly recommend this office!

Dr. Gonzales is amazing. Within five minutes of meeting him, I felt like I could trust him to do excellent work, and my impression was spot-on. I can't really say that I'm looking forward to root canals, but I feel like I'm in good hands with Dr. Gonzales and am looking forward to finishing them up. He takes the time to listen to my questions, explains what he's doing every step of the way, and makes sure that I understand and am comfortable with the procedures.

I am so glad I found this place! Being a flight attendant, is not easy to have medical care with someone you can trust, but as soon as I saw Dr Gonzalez reviews I booked a consultation, he was so thorough and patient during my first visit. I needed a root canal and they were able to accommodate me to be back in 2 days! The process was painless, his technique even from the anesthesia was truly amazing. I am fortunate to have come here. Him and his staff are caring, professional and if I needed more treatment I will fly back without a doubt! God bless you all.
